Louise Penny at the Haskell Free Library and Opera House
The Black Wolf
Louise Penny's The Black Wolf book tour events at Haskell Free Library and Opera House were held on November 1st and 2nd, to sell out audiences. Vermont musician Patti Casey entertained audiences on both days before the man event. On November 1st Louise was in conversation with journalist (CBS Sunday Morning) Martha Teichner. And then, on November 2nd, Louise was in conversation with Canadian journalist Mellissa Fung. The following pictures are a snapshot of these events, courtesy of photographer Ben McAuley.

Based on Louise Penny’s best-selling mystery novel Bury your Dead, this two-hour walking tour follows in the footsteps of Chief Inspector Armand Gamache as he investigates the murder of a local amateur archeologist whose body was found in the cellar of the Literary and Historical Society of Quebec.
