On Valentine's Day, February 14, 2026 Brome Lake Books held a special event called: A Blind Date with a Book!

Customers could come into the store, during regular business hours, and choose a book in the Romance or Romantasy genre based solely on a short, anonymous description — no covers, no titles. The books have been carefully selected by our two avid romance readers, Sophie and Isabel.
